About Innova

Innova is a human-centered, non-profit association officially registered in Syria in 2025. We were founded on the firm belief that young people must harness digital instruments to thrive in an increasingly digital world, and we strategically invest in addressing these needs at all levels. Our operational model is distinctive: Innova functions as a fully-online organization, implementing a digitally-driven cost-efficiency policy that results in almost zeroed facility costs. This unique approach allows us to combat cost-inefficiency, especially prevalent in the digital era, and instead maximize our resources directly into program impact. We deliver our mission through three comprehensive framework programs: Digital Preparedness, which promotes digitally-powered livelihoods and ensures access to essential digital assets; Youth Digital Participation & Entrepreneurship, fostering engagement across economic, civic, and entrepreneurial spheres ; and Research & Solution Design, mobilizing youth as knowledge creators and innovators.
